She served as the association’s President.

  3. On-site condominium manager

Since 2021, she’s often been the first call when a leak or other emergency hits a unit.

  4. The Reserve

Today, she’s the owner’s own local representative.

Why The Reserve Property Watch & Concierge exists

As an on-site condominium community manager, Kelly often found herself explaining to surprised homeowners where the association’s responsibility ends and theirs begins when something unexpected, like a water leak, occurs. Working on the association side, she couldn’t step in and advocate for an owner who was away and already facing a stressful situation. She saw the need for something beyond traditional Home Watch.

Through The Reserve, Kelly is the knowledgeable local representative she wished those homeowners had. Along with regular, documented visual inspections while you’re away, she takes time to understand your condominium community, reviews the governing documents that define association and owner responsibilities, and gets to know the property before an issue ever occurs.

More than 20 years in property management

Kelly’s career began in 2005, managing the day-to-day operations of residential apartment communities, and she served as President of the Tri-City Apartment Association. Throughout her career, she has worked closely with property owners, residents, maintenance teams, contractors and trusted vendors to address property concerns, coordinate repairs and respond to unexpected maintenance issues.

Since 2021, she has specialized in on-site condominium community management, working with Boards of Directors and homeowners on the daily operations of condominium communities. As the on-site manager, she has often been the first point of contact and decision maker when water leaks, plumbing problems and other condo emergencies arise: coordinating vendors, assessing the situation, communicating with everyone involved and making sure issues are addressed properly.
